Announcement of the date of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2026

The Hajer Cooperative Society for Agricultural Development in Al-Ahsa announces the convening of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (remotely at the association's headquarters) on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Time: 8:00 PM. The Board of Directors of the Hajer Cooperative Society for Agricultural Development in Al-Ahsa is pleased to invite the members of the General Assembly to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2026, which will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, corresponding to 01/02/1448 AH, at 8:00 PM. The agenda of the meeting will be as follows: *Agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly: 1. Approval of the Board of Directors' report for the year 2025. 2. Approval of the operational plan for the year 2026. 3. Approval of the estimated budget for the year 2026. 4. Approval of appointing the external auditor (Meteb Al-Khodairi Certified Public Accountant) approved by the Ministry to issue the financial statements for the fiscal year 2025, and authorizing the Board of Directors to search and contract with another external auditor if necessary. 5. Approval of adopting the policy for granting rewards and privileges to Board members, and the internal/external travel allowance policy. 6. Approval of adopting the financial statements for the year 2025. 7. Non-distribution of profits realized for the year 2025 to strengthen the cooperative's financial solvency. Important Voting Notes: - A member may vote on behalf of only one proxy in the following cases: * An absent member, provided that an official proxy approved by the society is submitted. * Heirs, provided that legal powers of attorney and an official inheritance certificate are submitted. - In the absence of an approved proxy for the above cases, the right to vote shall be forfeited.
